Win Better Freelance Clients
Stop competing on price, and start choosing your clients.
Who this is for
- You already freelance, but your income goes up and down.
- You keep losing projects to whoever offers a lower price.
- You accept whatever comes, because nothing better is coming.
- You want clients abroad and don't know how to earn their trust.
Who this isn't for
- You haven't had a paid project yet. Get your first two clients first, then this is worth it.
- You want clients handed to you. I build the system with you; you run it.
- You can't set aside two 3-hour sessions and the week between them. The work in the middle is where it happens.
How it works
Two 3-hour working sessions, one week apart, for freelancers who get work but not the work they want. We decide who you serve, what you offer and what you charge, then build the messages and proposals you'll send to clients. In the week between, you try it on real clients and we fix what doesn't work.
-
You send your recent messages
Your last few proposals, messages that got no reply, and what you charge now. Send them as they are; the problem usually shows in the wording.
-
Session one: your offer and your price
Three hours to decide who you serve, what exactly you sell, and what it costs. We rewrite your offer and set prices based on what the work is worth to the client.
-
The week between: you try it
You contact real clients and send at least one real proposal using what we built. I read the replies, and we adjust before session two.
-
Session two: finding and closing clients
Three hours on finding clients, running the first call, talking about price, and getting the project signed. Then 14 days of questions by message.
What you get
- A written plan for getting clients: who you serve, your offer, your prices, and ready-to-send messages
- A proposal and quote template you can reuse for every project
- Your new prices, with what to say when a client pushes back
- 14 days of questions by message after session two
What happens next
- When you book you get a short form and send your recent proposals and messages
- Within 7 days session one, 3 hours
- The following week you contact real clients, and we adjust
- One week later session two, 3 hours, then 14 days of questions
We can work on
- Choosing which services to offer, and to whom
- Finding clients and contacting them
- Writing an offer clients understand
- Pricing your work
- Writing proposals and quotes
- Running the first call with a client
- Showing your experience and past projects
- Earning the trust of clients abroad
- Turning conversations into paid projects
Why it's worth it
One project at your real price instead of a discounted one usually covers this. The bigger cost is a year of charging too little.
Before we start
Send your last three proposals or quotes, two or three messages that got no reply, your current prices, and a link to your profile or portfolio. Don't polish them first.
Questions
Can we work in Arabic?
Yes. The messages and templates can be in Arabic, English, or both if you work in both markets.
Why two sessions instead of one long day?
Because the week between is where you learn. One day gives you notes; two sessions with real practice give you a system you've already tested.
What if I can't find clients to contact that week?
Then that's the first thing we solve. Session one ends with a specific list of who to contact.
Do you take a share of the projects I win?
No. You pay once, and everything we build is yours.
