How a project runs
Five steps. Nothing gets built until the scope and the price are written down.

First conversation
We talk through the idea, the people it's for, and the budget you have in mind.
- 02
Requirements, in writing
We settle the requirements together, and I write them up as an SRS, with a quote that matches it. You pay nothing before that.
- 03
Design
You see the screens before any development starts, and the build waits for your approval.
- 04
Build
Development starts from the approved design and the SRS, and you follow the progress as it happens, not only at the end.
- 05
Launch
Mobile apps are released on the App Store and Google Play. Web platforms and sites go live on the web.
What you get in writing before any build
A requirements document (SRS)
Once we've agreed the requirements, I write them up in detail as a software requirements specification. It becomes the reference for what gets designed and built.
A quote that matches it
The quote is written against that document, so the price and the scope describe the same product.
You get both before you pay anything, and before any design or development starts.

How is the price set?
Each project is quoted against its own written requirements. Once we've agreed the SRS, you get a quote that matches it.
Do you write the code yourself?
I'm comfortable in the code and hands-on when a project needs it. Either way, the technical decisions and the delivery stay with me, and you deal with me throughout.
Which languages do you work in?
English or Arabic, whichever you prefer.
Where are you based?
In Amman, Jordan. I work remotely, so you don't need to be in Jordan to work with me.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. If you want one, we sign it before you tell me the details of your idea.
